The Human Resources area aims to acquire, develop and give value to People, in order to sustain the international development of the Group.

This department takes care of the entire process of managing Human Resources, and operates at Headquarters, in the Production Plants, Subsidiaries and Retail Chains.

Working in the HR area means supporting all company departments in the activities of selecting, developing and organising Resources and organisational assessment.
